Passionated For Sandwich Snacks
Easy done, perfect taste: Mix some fromage frais half and half with yoghurt, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and horseradish for some roasted toast. Chives and smoked salmon or salmon graved art are doing the rest.
Try to experience another spice mix with the fromage frais and yoghurt: just mix it with a little from “Mediterranes Blütenzaubersalz” (Mediterranean Blossom Magic Salt) from Sonnentor - spending a wonderful flavour as well for this cream as for fish, smoked fish, rice, mozzarella and more.

Daily cooking, daily bakery – that’s daily work with appetizing products and photography. But not only with focus on foods. “A picture a day keeps sadness away”. That’s perhaps the best way to describe the intention of a new one, some little one among some more projects of mine for 2009:
It’s not focused specially on food and products. But they will be there for sure. Beside of food art pictures it’s snap-lighting anything to give a 5-minutes-moment to enjoy and have a break. Perhaps with some florals from dinner deco, with some fresh ingredients and spices, perhaps from market visits, whatever happening to be kept for a daily moment. I am curious where to arrive with it at the end. Hope You like it.

Often I’ve been asked if I couldn’t present my FoodArts as Calendars or other prints in addition to my RFL. Since some years I already offered them as prints and RFL, even internationally thanks to a list of international agencies. But it’s been difficult for many friends of my works to receive them as Calendars and Postcards. Ok, friends, challenges are made for solutions and here’s it: I found a new partnership beside of already existing agencies with REDBUBBLE.
Here You find my first collection of more than hundred works and a collection of new Calendars for 2009. “One more picture a day” – and more than one will be added to this gallery, so enjoy to step in and have look at it and the following new pictures. I hope You like them and don’t hesitate to let me know Your opinion about it. Any questions ? I’m looking forward to answer any of them !!
Have fun and a nice time !

Watercress is growing and growing here in my roof garden and did very well with ragout fin.

Some days ago I had such a nice evening with my neighbour Susanne, sitting at the old teak park bench in my roof garden, enjoying the springtime’s flair, the smelling herbes, some sweets of mine

created some hours before

and some lights,

who listened to our “girl’s chatting”. Chiacchierare, how You call it in Italy. Susanne brought some little and wonderful “white gold” as a present and inspiration for some new food works for me. And indeed: this kind and surprising present IS inspiring, as You may detect here

You’d like to see more ? Some of those new receipture’s are now published @ GU’s “Küchengötter”.
Feel invited and welcome in my June’s Food & Foto Collection.
